We are seeking a friendly, solutions-driven Client Solutions Specialist to join our team. What You’ll Do

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, both new and returning

• Provide tailored recommendations and solutions that create meaningful value
  
  
• Guide clients through available options and support them in making confident decisions
  
  
• Maintain accurate client records, follow-up actions, and communication notes
