Your Responsibilities & Essential Job Duties:

Listen and guide clients through their vehicle purchasing process
Match clients with the vehicle that reflects their needs
Build a lasting relationship with the client
Complete and organize proper paperwork for Sales and Finance Managers
Have knowledge of proper vehicle inventory
Job Requirements & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Must be authorized to work in the US
Must have a valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive and outgoing personality with high energy
Eagerness and drive to succeed
Strong work ethic with an upbeat positive attitude
Previous sales experience is a plus (automotive not required)
Compensation

Starting at $60,000 - $120,000 with bonuses

Lot Attendant - Automotive
Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven Lot Attendant. The Lot Attendant will assist the managers in keeping the lot straight, rearranging inventory, maintaining proper window stickers, putting gas in vehicles and keeping grounds clean. Other duties require transporting vehicles and files to and from our Athens Dealerships and other vendors. An excellent driving record will be required.
Job Responsibilities

Keeps demos prepared to show
Pulls cars from inventory when needed
Fills deliveries or demos with gas
Takes sold inventory to make ready/prep center
Keeps all cars showroom ready
Maintains inventory
Transports cars to clients or to offsite locations for additional work
Helps perform physical inventory monthly
Attends weekly department meetings as appropriate

We need a Service Advisor who is an expert in the art and science of customer service. Must be able to greet guests, schedule appointments and act as a liaison between customers and service techs. If you can make customers feel welcome and confident that their needs are being met, then our dealership may be your next career home. Job Responsibilities

Greet service department customers promptly and courteously—attitude is everything!
Listen to customers and clearly translate repair needs to techs
Upsell additional services using low pressure, high integrity methods
Provide accurate repair/maintenance estimates
Adhere to policies on vehicle care and operation
Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progress
Sell and manage extended warranties
Inspect repair quality and ensure all work is complete
Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pick up
Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers
Handle minor customer concerns and complaints
Keep Service Manager informed of all problems and potential problems
Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards

Title/Billing Specialist
Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Title-Billing Specialist. The purpose of the Title-Billing Specialist is to process titles and registrations as well as process car deals by verifying completeness of documentation.
Job Responsibilities

Verifies data, completes state forms, makes disbursement for taxes and fees, and submits to the state
Processes new car and pre owned registrations on dealer’s software system
Processes pre-owned vehicle title transfers
Prepares and distributes title envelopes
Maintains follow-up on all incoming titles
Maintains and reconciles schedules for tax, title and license payable and lien payoffs
Identifies internal control issues by reviewing existing policies, verifying changes in authorized personnel, and communicating issues to the Assistant Controller
Maintains error logs
Processes payoffs on trade-ins and floor plan, pulls contracts, and forwards to financial institutions
Verifies Finance and Insurance (F&I) data to documents
Reconciles inventory schedules as assigned on a weekly and monthly basis
Reconciles and completes sales consultant payroll semi-monthly
Verifies Finance and Insurance (F&I) logs to accounting data before month-end
Processes rebates
Attends weekly department meetings
Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma; and six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Discuss issues & repairs with Shop Foreman or Service Advisor
Provide repair estimates to Service Advisor
Perform repairs and routine vehicle maintenance
Set up and pre-delivery inspection of new vehicles
Use hand tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently
Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on Safety and vehicle care/operation
Complete documentation for repairs
Install factory and aftermarket accessories on vehicles
Collaborate with the Service Team to ensure customer satisfaction
Assist in sales by recommending necessary services to customers
Complete technician certification training & stay current with factory technical bulletins
Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations relating to safety, OSHA, and hazardous materials handling
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED (general equivalency diploma); or 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
