Job Responsibilities

A Budget Auditor is responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of a company's budget. They help identify areas for improvement, such as reducing costs, increasing revenues, or optimizing resourse allocation.  Budget Audits and evaluations are essential tools for monitoring and improving business performance.  The main objectives of a budget Audit include verifying budget data, assessing budget polices and procedures, measuring budget execution, and identifying strengths and weaknesses of the budget system. 

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Three years of experience in a dealership position (preferred)
  • Working knowledge of dealership financial statements a plus
  • Ability to explain technical financial information in an understandable manner
  • Excellent communication skills
