Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Product Specialist to join our Champion Auto Group team. As a Product Specialist, you will play a key role in our mission to provide exceptional customer service and find the perfect vehicles for our clients. If you have a passion for the automotive industry, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities & Essential Job Duties

• Listen to clients' needs and guide them through the purchasing process
• Match clients with the products and services that best fit their needs
• Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Complete and organize all necessary paperwork for vehicle transactions
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory and features of our products

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive, outgoing personality with high energy
• Strong work ethic and an upbeat, positive attitude
• Previous sales experience or bilingualism is a plus
