Repair & Maintenance Apprentice

We are seeking individuals from varying backgrounds in construction, maintenance, and mechanical fields.

Responsibilities:

• Repair major and minor problems around the property
• Complete maintenance and repair work, in a timely fashion
• Order and replace broken parts or equipment
• Maintain a clean and a safe work space
• Perform other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Previous experience in maintenance, repair or other related fields
• Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to work at heights, climb ladders
• Must have current Driver's License 
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
