Champion Chevrolet is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Customer Experience Representative to join our team in Athens, Alabama.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and provide an exceptional dealership experience.
• Learn and demonstrate Chevrolet vehicles, features, technology, and benefits.
• Help customers identify the vehicle that best fits their needs.
• Conduct engaging vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Answer product questions and provide accurate information.
• Work closely with the sales team to support customers throughout the buying process.
• Stay current on new Chevrolet models, features, and technology.
• Follow up with customers and help build long-term relationships.

• Comfortable learning and explaining automotive technology.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous automotive or sales experience is helpful, but not required.
