Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Communication Correspondent to manage and execute customer follow-up communications. This role plays a key part in strengthening customer relationships by ensuring timely, professional, and personalized outreach through both mail and email.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Send personalized thank-you letters and emails to customers after vehicle purchases and dealership visits
  • Maintain and update customer contact records using spreadsheets and CRM tools
  • Create, format, and manage communication templates using Microsoft Word, Excel, or Google Docs/Sheets
  • Ensure all communications are accurate, professional, and aligned with dealership branding
  • Track follow-up schedules to ensure no customer is missed
  • Assist in developing new follow-up campaigns and customer engagement ideas
  • Work closely with sales and management teams to ensure timely communication

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel OR Google Docs and Google Sheets
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude
  • Previous administrative, customer service, or office experience preferred but not required
